  1. J Morton Davis (DH Blair & Co) took my company public in November 1985, shortly after our securities law firm (Akin Gump Strauss Hauer Feld) introduced me to Mr. Davis. Although we were a very small company, we were a real business with a real history, and we were profitable. In 1988, we sold our company to a small investor group led by Citi-Corp Venture Capital Ltd. (In other words, our company went private, after being publicly-traded for less than 3 years.) Based on my experience with Mr. Davis, he is a man who keeps his word and a person of the highest integrity.
